Oportunidad de las elecciones. Las elecciones de los miembros de las juntas directivas de las cámaras de comercio se llevarán a cabo cada cuatro (4) años, el primer jueves hábil del mes de diciembre del año de la elección. La jornada electoral se llevará a cabo entre las 8:00 a. m. y las 4:00 p. m.
