Art. 23. Deróganse los artículos 2. ° 13. ° de la lei 11, P. 3. a ,T. 5.° de la R. G., en cuanto prohiben que pueda hacerse el comercio de cabotaje i el costanero en buques estranjeros. En consecuencia, quedan igualados estos buques a los de bandera granadina para este tráfico.
