El impuesto de exportación autorizado por los artículos 62 de la Ley 1ª de 1959 y 124 de la Ley 81 de 1960 , así como por el Decreto 2918 de 1960 cesará de regir dentro de los treinta días siguientes a la sanción de la presente ley, en la fecha que señalará el Gobierno.

Parágrafo

También a partir de la misma fecha y simultáneamente con el impuesto al café que se suprime en este artículo, dejará de regir totalmente al impuesto que en la actualidad grava las exportaciones de banano y otros productos.
