Toca al partidor resolver bajo su responsabilidad, por causa de dolo, las reclamaciones sobre la formación de lotes, según la regia novena del artículo 1394 del Código Civil, para lo cual comunicará la partición en proyecto por un término no mayor de diez días ni menor de cinco, a los consignatarios.
