Cédese el impuesto de timbre nacional de que trata el artículo 50 de esta Ley a los Departamentos, Intendencias, Comisarías y al Distrito Especial de Bogotá, en consecuencia, dicho impuesto será recaudado por las referidas entidades territoriales. Sin embargo, los departamentos podrán convenir con los municipios capitales de departamento y con aquellos donde existan Secretarías de Tránsito Clase A, formas de recaudación delegada del tributo.

Cédese igualmente el debido cobrar existente por este concepto a las entidades territoriales mencionadas en este artículo.
