El que por medio de escritos o impresos vendidos, distribuidos o expuestos al público, provoque la indisciplina o insubordinación de las fuerzas armadas o el desconocimiento de las autoridades, o en cualquier forma pretenda impedir o perturbar el ejercicio de sus atribuciones legales, incurrirá en la pena de tres meses a tres años de prisión y en multa de quinientos a cinco mil pesos.
