º . Para la elección de los representantes de los empleados en la Comisión de Personal y los suplentes, el Jefe de la entidad o de la dependencia regional o seccional, según sea el caso, convocará a elecciones con una antelación no inferior a treinta (30) días hábiles al vencimiento del respectivo periodo.
