Revisión

Toda parte contratante podrá pedir en cualquier momento la revisión de la presente convención, mediante notificación dirigida al Secretario General.

El Secretario General transmitirá dicha notificación a cada una de las Partes Contratantes y le pedirá que manifieste dentro de un plazo de cuatro meses, si desea la reunión de una conferencia para considerar la revisión propuesta. Si la mayoría de las Partes Contratantes responde a un sentido afirmativo, dicha conferencia será convocada por el Secretario General .
