Vacaciones

Vacaciones. Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional, tienen derecho a treinta (30) días de vacaciones, incluyendo días feriados, por cada año de servicio continuo.

Parágrafo

Cuando el Agente se retire o sea retirado del servicio activo sin haber hecho uso de las vacaciones causadas tendrá derecho al reconocimiento y pago de ellas, liquidadas en base a los últimos haberes devengados y a las correspondientes primas vacacionales liquidadas conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 52 de este estatuto.
