Informes. Los informes que deben entregar semestralmente los representantes legales de las entidades territoriales, gobernadores y alcaldes, a la Secretaría Técnica del Consejo Superior de Política Criminal sobre las actividades delincuenciales, modalidades de delitos y factores que influyen en el aumento o disminución de la criminalidad, deben ser comunicados en el seno de los Consejos de Seguridad y Convivencia.
