Sociedades Administradoras de Planes de Autofinanciamiento Comercial –SAPAC. Con el fin de apoyar la labor de supervisión de la Entidad, es necesario solicitar información periódica a las SAPAC, que permita adelantar una vigilancia prudencial, frente a los derechos de los suscriptores y la situación financiera de cada sociedad. En atención a esto, se solicitará a las SAPAC un informe trimestral, conformado por cuatro formularios, con la siguiente información:
