Artículo único. Hácese extensivo á todos los Departamentos de la República el derecho para opción de becas en el Taller de Tejidos de la Presentación, de esta capital. Tales becas se adjudicarán á medida que vayan ocurriendo las vacantes. Comuníquese y publíquese.
