Artículo tercero. La Comisión sesionará en las oficinas de la Dirección del Departamento de Minas del Ministerio de Industrias y Trabajo. Esta dependencia suministrará a la Comisión los muebles, útiles y demás elementos que necesite para el desarrollo de sus labores y pondrá a su disposición el archivo perteneciente a la extinguida Comisión Revisora creada por la Ley 73 de 1936.
