El Ministerio de Comunicaciones, por conducto de los Servicios Postales Nacionales 472 La Red Postal de Colombia "SNP", emitirá una estampilla o sello postal especial, en homenaje al "Festival Nacional de Acordeoneros".

Parágrafo

Esta emisión llevará impresa la simbiología alusiva al "Festival Nacional de Acordeoneros", y no podrá ser inferior a trescientas mil (300.000) unidades de sellos postales.
