Las personas que reciban pensión del Tesoro Nacional lío pueden disfrutar de ella cuando devenguen una renta mensual mayor de ochenta pesos ($ 80 ) , proveniente de capital, o de oficio, empleo público, etc., etc.

Se reforma así el artículo 6º de la Ley 72 de 1917 .
