ARTICULO 511 . Internación de inimputables . El juez de ejecución de penas y medidas de seguridad ordenará al Director General de Prisiones el traslado del inimputable a un establecimiento público o privado adecuado para el cumplimiento de la medida de seguridad por enfermedad mental permanente o transitoria con secuela. El juez de ejecución de penas y medidas de seguridad podrá ordenar la internación en establecimiento particular aprobado oficialmente, si sus parientes o afines, mediante otorgamiento de caución que fije el funcionario, garantizan los fines señalados anteriormente.
