Es obligación de todas las personas, naturales y jurídicas, nacionales y extranjeras, domiciliadas o residentes en Colombia permanecer en sus hogares durante las horas y en los días que, de acuerdo con el artículo anterior, se determine. Están igualmente obligadas las personas a suministrar en forma veraz, exacta y completa, la información que les sea solicitada por los encuestadores, quienes podrán solicitar la acreditación documental de algunas de las informaciones contenidas en el cuestionario.
