º. Las Secretarías de Educación Departamentales y Distritales deberán tener en cuenta lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º de este Decreto, cuando realicen la evaluación de las propuestas presentadas por los establecimientos educativos privados o cuando sometan un establecimiento educativo al régimen controlado por sanción.
