Vencimiento del término . Si al vencimiento del término de que trata el artículo 12 del presente decreto no se logra concertar, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes, la sociedad de gestión colectiva concernida remitirá al Ministerio del Interior un informe detallado del trámite surtido, acompañado del respectivo expediente.
