° En virtud de la liquidación del Fondo de Inmuebles Nacionales, ordenada por el Decreto 2171 de 1992, los organismos a que se refieren las Leyes 47 de 1971 y 51 de 1982, tendrán la administración de sus inmuebles y podrán ejercer todas las facultades que se derivan de la propiedad de los mismos, conforme a lo dispuesto por las normas sobre la materia.
