En las reservas decretadas por el Artículo 52 del Código Fiscal vigente ( Ley 110 de 1912 ) no se comprenden los cultivos fomentados con anterioridad a la fecha expedición de dicho código, los cuales son adjudicarles con arreglo a las disposiciones del mismo.
