°. Modificar el artículo 4° del Decreto número 1400 del 8 de julio de 2002, el cual quedará en los siguientes términos: Artículo 4°. La Comisión Intersectorial de Seguridad Aeroportuaria se reunirá dentro de los primeros quince días hábiles de los meses de febrero y agosto de cada año, y de manera extraordinaria, por convocatoria de su presidente o por solicitud de por lo menos dos de sus miembros. La Comisión se reunirá válidamente cuando concurran al menos seis de sus miembros. Las decisiones y recomendaciones se adoptarán por la mayoría simple de sus asistentes.
