Artículo veinticinco . ESTRUCTURA INTERNA. La estructura interna de la Zona Franca será determinada por la Junta Directiva de acuerdo a las disposiciones legales vigentes y ajustándose a la siguiente nomenclatura

Las unidades a nivel directivo, se denominarán Subgerencias;

Las unidades que cumplen funciones de Asesoría o coordinación, se denominarán Oficinas o Comités y Consejos cuando incluyan personas ajenas al organismo;

Las unidades operativas, incluidas las que atienden servicios administrativos internos, se denominarán Divisiones, Secciones y Grupos;

Las unidades que se creen para el estudio o decisión de asuntos especiales, se denominarán Comisiones o Juntas.
