Decisión sobre la acumulación. La sala o sección decidirá dentro de los ocho días siguientes si decreta o no la acumulación. Si no la decreta, procederá a dictar sentencia. Si la decreta, ordenará fijar aviso en la secretaría convocando a las partes para la audiencia pública de sorteo del consejero o magistrado ponente de los procesos acumulados. Contra estas decisiones no habrá recurso. El aviso permanecerá fijado en la secretaría por un día.
