Artículo séptimo. Los hijos de los diplomáticos colombianos con carácter permanente en el Exterior, que no se encuentres comprendidos en las disposiciones del presente Decreto, tendrán derecho a giros en dólares con certificados de cambio, sin impuestos, en cantidades que no excedan al 50% de las señaladas en el artículo 3°.
