Para todos los efectos legales se entenderá que los diferentes actos de transferencia de valores o dinero, así como la constitución y liberación de garantías, asociadas a una operación de reporto o repo, simultánea o de transferencia temporal de valores corresponden en cada caso a una sola operación entre las partes contratantes.
