° El Gobierno pagará una subvención de ciento veinte mil pesos ($ 120,000) anuales á las compañías de vapores del río Magdalena, conforme al contrato que celebre con ellas, para que rebajen sus tarifas y para que le concedan el derecho de intervenir en la formación de ellas mientras esté vigente el Decreto de subvención.
