Artículo noveno. El Departamento de Servicios Administrativos Generales estará a cargo de un Jefe, con especialización en administración de hospitales y con amplia experiencia en la materia, y será nombrado por la Junta Directiva, por mayoría de votos, para un período de tres (3) años. Será el inmediato del Director en todo lo concerniente a la marcha administrativa del Hospital.
