º. Para efecto del ejercicio de las funciones conferidas a la Corporación autónoma Regional de los Valles del Magdalena y del Sinú (C.V.M.) por los ordinales c) y d) del artículo 1º. del Decreto extraordinario 3304 de 1963, se entenderá que esa entidad es la competente para dar cumplimiento a las normas legales vigentes en materia de pesca y caza en el territorio de su jurisdicción, y especialmente, a las de los Decretos 1157 de 1940, 1795 de 1950, 1785 de 1954 y 376 de 1957, en todos aquellos casos en que tales disposiciones se refieren al Ministerio de Agricultura
