En la manufactura de Artículo s en que intervengan sustancias explosivas o inflamables, no serán admitidas sino las personas que comprueben conocer técnicamente el oficio en que han de ocuparse, por razón de estudios previos o de la práctica adquirida. Exceptuase los aprendices cuando trabajen bajo la dirección de un técnico.
