Art. 74. No se matriculará á nngun individuo que no sepa leer y escribir correctamente y tenga nociones suficientes de gramática castellana, frances, aritmética y geografía. Corresponde al director asegurarse por medio de un exámen hecho por él mismo, de que el matriculado posee los expresados conocimientos.
