°. Damnificados . Para los efectos del presente decreto se entenderán como personas damnificadas o afectadas por el desastre, aquellas que se encuentren en el Registro Único de Damnificados (RUT) elaborado por el Concejo Municipal Mocoa, o en su defecto por la Unidad Nacional para la Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres.
