Artículo primero. Créase la Junta de Compras del Ministerio de Higiene, con el siguiente personal: El Ministro o el delegado que designe, que actuará como Presidente de la Junta, el Secretario del Ministerio, el Jefe del Departamento Administrativo, el Jefe de la Proveeduría y Almacén, el Auditor Fiscal del Contralor ante el Ministerio y el Jefe del Departamento o División para que se proyecte la compra y el empleado que designe el Ministro como Secretario de la Junta.
