Criterios para efectuar transferencias de recursos. La fiduciaria La Previsora S.A., podrá transferir recursos de una a otra subcuenta de una misma entidad aportante, a condición de que el contrato correspondiente a la cuenta de la cual van a ser egresados los recursos haya sido ejecutado en su totalidad o de que haya cesado definitivamente la posibilidad de ocurrencia del riesgo amparado.
