El vehículo que pretende importar el Veterano de la Fuerza Pública, deberá cumplir con las características especiales acordes con su limitación física o incapacidad permanente contemplado en el certificado de discapacidad expedido por las Direcciones de Sanidad de las Fuerzas Militares y/o la Dirección de Sanidad de la Policía Nacional, o quien haga sus veces.
