Los estudiantes designados por las Universidades y Colegios de la República para asistir al Congreso Jurídico que se reunirá en Popayán en el mes de diciembre, tendrán como viáticos, cada uno, la suma de doscientos pesos ($200). La partida indispensable para atender a este gasto se tomará por el Ministerio de los fondos con que la Nación auxilió a la Universidad del Cauca con motivo de la celebración de su primer centenario.
