Para los efectos del

Parágrafo 2

del artículo primero de la Ley 4ª. De 1976, se entenderá que tienen el status de pensionado las personas que un año antes de la fecha del reajuste estén disfrutando de una pensión o que ésta le haya sido o le sea otorgada para disfrutarla con un año de anterioridad a tal fecha.
