Las entidades que obtengan reconocimiento como instituciones de educación superior tendrán que notificar o informar los respectivos programas que hayan sido presentados y sustentados en el estudio de factibilidad socioeconómica de acuerdo con lo establecido en los Decretos 1403 de 1993, 836, 837, 2790 y 2791 de 1994, y aquellos que los modifiquen o adicionen. La notificación o información solamente se podrá surtir una vez esté en firme el acto administrativo de reconocimiento institucional.
