La pensión de que disfrutan las viudas de próceres o empleados civiles de la guerra de la Independencia Nacional no priva a las hijas y a las nietas solteras de dichos próceres, o empleados civiles, del derecho a la pensión que les reconocen las leyes vigentes.

Quedan estos términos adicionadas las Leyes 17 de 1907, 22 y 49 de 1909.
