° El que de cualquier modo tome parte en el sacrificio clandestino de ganado cuya procedencia lícita no demuestre, incurrirá en relegación en la colonia agrícola de 1 a 3 años.
La misma medida se impondrá a quien encuentre con piel de ganado cuya procedencia no justifique.
