La asamblea deliberará con un número plural de personas que represente, por lo menos, la mayoría absoluta de las acciones suscritas, salvo que en los estatutos se exija un quórum diferente. Las decisiones se tomarán por mayoría de los votos presentes, a menos que la ley o los estatutos requieran para determinados actos una mayoría especial.
