Artículo primero El Gobierno llevara a cabo, por administración directa o por contrato, como lo estime más conveniente, la construcción del puente sobre el canal del Dique, para la carretera Troncal de Occidente, en el sitio de Gambote, y ejecutara, además, las obras que den acceso a dicho puente.
