Para que el aspirante se incorpore a la Escuela, se necesita: Obtener el nombramiento de Cadete por decreto del Órgano Ejecutivo. Pagar los derechos de matrícula y depósito. Firmar con el acudiente la diligencia de matrícula. Presentarse en el día y hora de la incorporación que fije la Escuela, con el equipo de prendas personales.
