Reglamentación de los criterios de productividad académica . Para el reconocimiento de los pagos por bonificaciones (Capítulo IV), o para la liquidación de los puntos salariales por productividad académica (Capítulo II), el Consejo Superior Universitario de cada universidad debe previamente reglamentar el sistema, con base en lo dispuesto en este decreto y, en particular, en este capítulo.
