El Gobierno Nacional a solicitud fundamentada del Ministerio de Agricultura, por variaciones en el precio de los productos agropecuarios de determinados municipios, podrá fijar los correspondientes cambios en el porcentaje de la variación del índice que se adopte para reajustar los avalúos de los predios rurales, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 3º de este Decreto.
