Art. 1.º En todos los Departamentos del Despacho administrativo del Gobierno no se cambiará el nombre Secretario por el de Subsecretario del Ministerio. En consecuencia, la denominación de Subsecretario dada á los Oficiales Mayores por el artículo 18 de la Ley 11 de 1905, queda eliminada, conservando éstos su primitivo carácter.
