Auxiliase con la cantidad de un millón quinientos mil pesos ($ 1.500.000.00) las obras de construcción del alcantarillado y acueducto de la ciudad de Montería, capital del Departamento de Córdoba, cuyos planos y presupuestos fueron elaborados previamente, y se encuentran debidamente aprobados por la Alcaldía del mencionado Municipio.
