Art. 14. º Cuando la finca, al tiempo de ejecutarse el lanzamiento de que trata el artículo 12, estuviere ocupada por otras personas distintas del arrendatario, que aleguen algún derecho para retenerla, el Jefe de la Policía tomará razón de las pruebas y alegatos en la diligencia respectiva, pero no suspenderá en ningún caso el lanzamiento.
