El artículo 49 de la Ley 104 de 1993 , quedará así:
"La demostración de la voluntad de reincorporación a la vida civil requiere por parte de la organización y de sus miembros, la desmovilización militar, en los términos de la política de paz y reconciliación del Gobierno Nacional".
