° De los recursos de apelación procedentes de la Inspección o Jefatura de Policía Sanitaria Municipal de Bogotá, conocerá la Dirección Departamental de Higiene de Cundinamarca. De las apelaciones de providencias procedentes de los Administradores de Lazaretos, a que se refiere la disposición antes citada, conocerá el Director de Higiene del respectivo Departamento, cuya jurisdicción comprenda el Leprocomio.
